Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Wire is operated by Rankkking (rankkking.com). This policy explains when you're entitled to a refund on a press release distribution order.

Our refund guarantee

If your press release is not delivered — that is, not published on the outlet(s) or package you ordered — within 10 working days of your order being confirmed, we will process a full refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with your order details (the outlet or package name, and your payment ID if you paid online) and we'll process it from there.

How refunds are processed

Refunds for orders paid online through the site are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds for orders paid or confirmed directly with our team are arranged through the same channel you used to order.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order before it's been published, contact us as soon as possible over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email and we'll confirm whether it can still be cancelled and refunded.
